Some ideas or names mentioned in Radio 1090 Show recordings may be copyrighted by a party other than Radio 1090, and Radio 1090 may not own the rights to such items. Any copyrighted terms expressed in a recording, such as but not limited to, company and product trademarks and patents, is not intended to infringe on a copyright; such expressions are used solely to reference an idea, company, or product, or to create humor in a Radio 1090 show or one of its Show "commercials" or features. There are fake "commercials" in many Radio 1090 Shows in which copyrighted terms owned by a third-party may be present. It should also be assumed while listening to such commercials that statements reported may not be fact. Unless noted otherwise by a host after the commercial is complete, it should be assumed that there may be expressions in a commercial which are copyrighted by another party. Any expression in a commercial that contains copyrighted terms controlled by a third party is not expressed in the commercial by any person affiliated with or endorsed by the party which owns the rights to the copyrighted material or the rights owner itself. It should also be assumed under the same circumstances, that Radio 1090 was not directly authorized by a copyrighted rights holder to discuss the copyrighted material on air.

Any trademarked or copyrighted name on the Radio 1090 website is property of the respective company. It should be assumed that the rights to the trademark are not owned or controlled by Radio 1090 unless otherwise noted. When such a name is mentioned it is thought that it is used under fair use, and no copyright infringement is meant.

Radio 1090 cannot be held responsible for minor factual or grammatical errors while hosts or guests read or summarize "Real News," "Weird News" or "Wacky News" during a live broadcast or an audio or video recording. Although we make every attempt possible to deliver accurate facts and pronounce names we've never previously heard, it is not always possible. Because of time constraints and the fact that Radio 1090 is not a news agency, corrections are not posted to the website.

A Radio 1090 Show recording may be shortened or edited without notice, so that a show will fit onto a single CD or DVD, or in order to be in accordance with general Radio 1090 Show policies determined by the hosts.
